Motif’s, a women’s clothing store located near the waterfront of the Old Port in Portland, ME., decided to retrofit their store with Eco-Story LED’s in 2013. Their project cost was greatly reduced by the rebates offered to them by Efficiency Maine. With annual electricity savings of nearly $2700, Motif’s saw a return on their 2013 investment by the start of 2014.
